Why We Built a Better Scanner

When we turned our lens toward traditional vehicle inspection, we uncovered a fundamental disconnect. Decisions governing high‑value assets were being rendered through subjective visual checks and “best guess” assessments. Documentation was inconsistent. Workflows were protracted. Disputes arose not from facts, but from interpretation.
We started with a straightforward belief. If a vehicle is worth protecting, its inspection should be built on facts you can measure, not opinions you have to trust.

What originated as a precision‑driven prototype within our Bavarian headquarters has matured into a comprehensive digital inspection platform deployed across international markets. The Engineering Discipline
We approached the challenge with methodical rigour. Months were invested in evaluating camera architectures, refining calibration protocols, and stress‑testing hardware configurations under real‑world conditions. We imposed a non‑negotiable threshold: the system would not advance until its outputs were consistent, repeatable, and verifiable.
The Spark - 2017
ADI did not begin as a product—it began as an imperative. A major enterprise client approached us with a problem that existing inspection processes could not resolve manual assessments and hence were failing operational demands. They required greater accuracy, accelerated throughput, and unwavering reliability. They did not ask for a marginal improvement. They challenged us to reimagine the entire paradigm.
